I came to tire discounters on a Tuesday at approximately 545pm the latest time for a walk in. Advise that I had tire insurance.... the guy at the counter says its a lot of paperwork and would take time come back tomorrow. I set an appt for Wednesday at 5pm. I got there 445 pm. Mind you I ask the dude to prep the work for today so it would bot take so long..... when I got there NOTHING was prepreped. The lady at the counter did not know how to do the insurance claim, so then i had to wait for tje manager. Mind while I wait she taking other customers of coarse now pushing me back. Then once I used the bathroom no toilet paper... I got to the window to ask for some tissue , lady turn her head cause she was on the phone.... then when she did look up I tell her about the tissue and she says Ill get it. Only to NOT even ever leave her seat. Then she tells the mechanic to stop until she is sure she can get paid. She then came out and said I can't get paid because we cant send or receive enails, so your only other choice is to pay for it and have your insurance company reimburse you.... um no that defeats the purpose of tire protection.

I came to Tire Discounters again, after using a mom & pop garage for a several years solely because said garage offeres loaner cars while their customers' vehicle is in their care and this was beneficial to me, so I thought: I arrived at TD at opening time on Satuday, 11 July 2026 as my classic, very low mileage 1994 model Buick Park Avenue is my only form of personal transportation and I needed it completed in one day, while I waited. I knew the trouble was a ruptured brake line from my mom and pop joints' owner because I'd had it with them three times previously replacing four other ruptured brake lines and was told, loosely, "This (particular brake line) will need to be replaced next." TD, immediately after opening, got my car in the air and in less than ten minutes had me under it showing me the Truth. My former mechanics had been splicing the old brake lines, only repairing the compromised area while charging me for full brake line replacement. TD showed me: I saw the rust on the lines I'd paid to have replaced extremely relatively recently and the splicing work mom & pop had done to assure my soon return. Tire Dicounters stayed one and one half hours+ after closing time last

I had a terrific experience at Tire Discounters this past Saturday. The service from the team at the Marburg location was outstanding, especially Cory and Garrett. They tracked down a specialty tire that wasn’t in stock and had it installed the very same day, exactly when they said they would. My schedule was extremely tight, and they absolutely delivered. It’s refreshing to find a team that does exactly what they promise while providing friendly, professional service. Thank you both, and thank you to everyone at Tire Discounters Marburg for taking such great care of me!

Corey was fantastic to work with. He helped us get new tires and made the entire process easy from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to answer our questions without making us feel rushed. What stood out most was that he genuinely seemed to enjoy his job and helping customers. That level of enthusiasm and positive attitude is refreshing to see these days. Garrett helped us at checkout and was equally knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. It is clear that customer service is a priority for this team. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be back. Thanks, Corey and Garrett!

The TD team is very professional. The guest area is comfortable and clean. The team worked on getting my tires installed and aligned in a timely manner. The tires and service was a good value. There was no pressure to have unnecessary repairs made. I would recommend to my family and friends. I'll continue to return for all my car needs.
